Here are some factors you should consider.
Theme and Style of the Event
The first thing you want to consider is your event’s theme. You want a backdrop that compliments the theme or style of your event. So whether it's a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, or holiday celebration, choosing a backdrop that complements the overall aesthetic and ambiance is a must have.
For instance, if you have a country-themed wedding, then choosing a rustic wooden backdrop may be a great idea as opposed to going for a modern backdrop. On the other hand, a shimmering sequin backdrop would be perfect for a more glamorous event.

Colours and Patterns
Another important consideration to make is the colour and patterns. We suggest going for colours and patterns that will work harmoniously with the colour scheme of your event.
With colours, you can either choose a backdrop that compliments the main colours of your event, or opt for a neutral backdrop such as white that allows your guests' attire or props to stand out.
When picking out a coloured backdrop, we recommend you stay away from backdrops that clash with the overall colour palette as this can make your event look mismatched.
Customisation
We can offer the option to personalise backdrops with logos, names, or specific designs at an extra cost please ask for quote. Customised backdrops can really add a unique touch and make your event more memorable and unique, especially if it's a corporate event.
Backdrop Size
While size may not be so much a factor for small events, it becomes crucial to consider it when you are in a confined space or when you expect a large number of people to use the photo booth simultaneously.
If the latter is the case, ensure the backdrop is large enough to accommodate group photos comfortably.
We suggest you also consider the placement of the photo booth and the backdrop to ensure it is easily accessible and visible to your guests. Please note all our backdrops are 8ft x 8ft.
